PaGE in the Office of Nursing Impact

The Office of Nursing Impact (ONI) addresses the compelling need for a bridge between the knowledge we as a school of nursing develop and the application of that knowledge to the health care challenges and issues faced by local, national, and global communities.

ONI encompasses:

  • Planetary Health and Global Engagement (PaGE) led by Asia Neupane, Ed.D.
  • Strategic Engagement Team (SET) led by Charissa Owens, Ph.D.
  • Simulation Center (SU) led by Linda Ghampson, DNP, MSN, RN, CHSE.

Planetary Health and Global Engagement

Our Mission

The Office of Planetary Health and Global Engagement (PaGE) pursues better health for all by developing nursing leaders through education, collaborations, research, and practice to advance global health equity and support planetary health.

Our Engagement Pillars

Provide consultation for faculty, staff and students on global -focused service projects and local or international scholarly activities.

Partner with offices at YSN and across Yale to host international visiting researchers, strengthening research capacity and collaboration across borders.

Advise YSN faculty on designing and conducting research and educational programs that involves international engagement.

Facilitate connections with global partners to support and advance faculty research agendas.

Oversee and coordinate the Global Health Concentration for graduate nursing students.
